The circuit comprises a frequency filter (1) for picking up the loop electromagnetic wave and converting to corresponding AC voltage, an amplifier (2) for outputting the voltage amplified by adding DC voltage to filtered output, a level interpreting circuit (3) for interpreting the amplified voltage and outputting the interpreted voltage, an A/D converter (4) for digitizing the interpreted voltage level, a display for displaying the digitized data showing cart motion, and a data selector (6) for providing the forward or backward digital data to the microprocessor for cart control according to selection signal.
