PURPOSE:To efficiently clean an intricately shaped material to be cleaned by executing, >=2 twice, a stage for bringing a cleaning liquid into contact with the material to be cleaned and a stage for spraying gas to the material to be cleaned. CONSTITUTION:The material to be cleaned, for example, a printed circuit board mounted with a connector 2 having fine gaps, is immersed into the cleaning liquid 9 consisting of 1,1,1-trichloroethane in a cleaning liquid 7 having excellent corrosion resistance and weatherability. The above printed circuit board 1 is then immersed in the cleaning liquid for the prescribed time and is pulled up. The air is sprayed to this circuit board from an air spray nozzle 12 to discharge the cleaning liquid infiltrated in the fine gaps in the connector 2 together with the dissolved flux. The stages for the immersing and the air spraying are repeated plural times, by which the flux in the fine gaps is completely discharged. |
