PURPOSE:To sufficiently disperse a powdery material and to uniformly mix the material by providing a liner on the inner peripheral wall of a mixing vessel, furnishing a spiral flow generating impeller at the lower end of a rotating shaft at the center of the mixing vessel, and providing a treating blade for imparting impulsive force to the powder above the impeller. CONSTITUTION:The liner 7 is provided on the inner peripheral wall of the mixing vessel 1, and the rotating shaft 4 is furnished at the center of the vessel 1. The impeller 6 for generating a spiral flow is arranged at the lower end of the shaft 4, and the treating blade 5 for imparting impulsive force to the powder is provided above the impeller 6 in opposition to the liner 7. As a result, fine particles and a powdery material with a high degree of cohesion can be sufficiently dispersed, and uniformly mixed. |
