EXAMPLE:4'-Methoxybenzoxazinorifamycin. USE:An antibacterial agent against Gram-positive and Gramnegative bacteria. PREPARATION:A rifamycin derivative expressed by formula II is reacted with an amine expressed by the formula AH in an organic solvent, such as THF or DMF, at a temperature of -20 deg.C-up to the boiling point of the solvent, as necessary, in the presence of oxidizing agent, such as manganese dioxide, in the coexistence of an acid, such as hydrochloric acid. |
