On a lathe, a raw workpiece is firstly produced which has the outer contour of the part structures including recesses, and a hole defining the outer periphery of the interaction space. In the turning operation, ring-shaped tracks corresp. to recesses and strap connection locations are produced. The workpiece is then clamped in a spark erosion machine where the anode plates are produced by removal of material between them. Guide holes are also produced in the same operation. Strap connections are then fitted in their respective ring-shaped tracks formed by recesses. The two part structures are then coated with a suitable lead and mounted in a fixture. This fixture comprises a base part with two projecting guide pins which have the same distance between them as that between the guide holes. Once the guide pins are inserted in the guide holes, the part structures are pressed together and against the base part of the fixture. The anode plates on the one part structure pass between those on the other part, and the parts are finally baked together. |
