<p>PURPOSE:To enable the lamination of photograph surface or the production of original telephone card to be achieved by a method in which the bubbles between the photograph surface and synthetic resin film is driven out in visible state by coating the photograph surface uniformly with olive oil, and a domestic iron is used for its pressure bonding. CONSTITUTION:Two or three drops of conventional olive oil are dropped on the surface of a photograph to be treated, and they are spread uniformly and fully on the surface of the photograph. The melamine resin having the adhesive layer composed of copolymer, etc., of polyvinyl butyral ethylene-vinylacetate on its rear surface and other synthetic resin film with light-penetrating property, are attached thereonto. Then, if visible bubbles are pressed so as to be driven outside from the surface of the synthetic resin film by fingers, the olive oil between the photograph surface and the synthetic resin film is also driven out, while the bubbles are driven outside, whereby the photograph surface and the synthetic resin film are brought in close contact. These photograph and synthetic resin film in close contact are press bonded by using a general domestic iron, etc. on a flat desk, etc.</p> |
