<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a capacitor built-in ceramic multilayer insulating substrate which has resistance to deterioration in an electrical property by a method wherein an insulating reaction preventing layer is provided between a pair of electrode layers which form a inner capacitor and a ceramic insulating substrate. CONSTITUTION:Four layers of a ceramic insulating layer 1 are laminated to form a ceramic multilayer insulating substrate 10. And, a so-called sheet capacitor 2 is formed on the central part of the insulating substrate 10 or between the opposed surfaces of the upper two and the lower two layers of four insulating layers 1. A so-called insulating reaction preventing layer 24 is formed between the ceramic insulating layer 1 and both side electrode layers 21 and 22 of the condenser 2. By these processes, the substrate 10 can be prevented form deterioration in a capacity, so that a capacitor built-in ceramic multilayer insulating substrate excellent in an electrical property can be obtained.</p> |
