PURPOSE:To prevent the cutting down of the picture element output of an image sensor by including a bias means to level-shift offset the output of an amplifying circuit in one direction in which the output can be A/D converted more than the analog reference voltage of an A/D converting part. CONSTITUTION:An amplifying circuit 26 amplifies the output of the image sensor and outputs the amplified output, and the output is made into the one level-shift-offset hy a bias means 99 in one direction in which the output can be A/D converted more than analog reference voltage Vref of the A/D converting part. Consequently, at the A/D converting part, since a signal inputted from the amplifier 26 is outputted in the direction in which a level shift offset can be A/D converted all the time, a clip block, etc., for the picture element output of the image sensor never occurs. Thus, since the signal is outputted in the direction in which the level shift offset can be A/D-converted all the time, the so called cutting down never occurs for the picture element output outputted from the image sensor. |
