<p>PURPOSE:To decrease a wasteful energy consumption and chemical consumption at the time of a rainy weather by setting automatically a proper ratio value for an inflow sewage water at the time of the rainy weather. CONSTITUTION:The title device is composed of an inflow sewage quantity setter 4 to input an inflow sewage water quantity signal 1, an inflow sewage water quality signal 2 and a rainfall amount signal 3, to receive this and to decide whether or not respective signal levels are in the condition of the time of the rainy weather, a sewage water quality setter 5, a rainfall amount setter 6 and a ratio setting device 7 to receive the deciding result output from respective setters 4-6, select it from a pattern set beforehand and obtain an optimum ratio device and a ratio setting device 9 to incorporate a set output signal 8. When it is judged that the increase of the inflow sewage water quantity is due to the rainfall, the optimum operation control to meet an actual process condition is executed by changing automatically from a ratio setting value at the ordinary time to the ratio setting value at the time of the rainfall inflow patterned beforehand. Thus, the nonconformity of the wasteful energy consumption and chemical consumption due to the excess control quantity at the time of the rainfall inflow is solved.</p> |
