发明名称 INCOMPLETE COMBUSTION DETECTING METHOD FOR POROUS CERAMIC PLATE SURFACE COMBUSTION BURNER
摘要 PURPOSE:To previously detect incomplete combustion due to choke of an air filter and to output an air filter inspection signal, by a method wherein, in the premixing gas burner for a porous ceramic plate surface combustion burner (C.S.C.B), from the output current of a flame rod for detecting flame mounted in the vicinity of a combustion part, a fuel-air premixture air ratio responding to an output current is determined. CONSTITUTION:In a C.S.C.B. fuel-air premixture burner 1, the output current of a flame rod 2 for detecting flame is inputted to a current detecting part 3 to determine a fuel-air premixture air ratio responding to the output current. When the fuel-air premixture air ratio is regulated to a low value, or when an air filter 6 is choked during operation and a blast amount is decreased, it is detected in a similar manner described above by the current detecting part 3. A signal is outputted from a combustion control part 4, and an alarm is sounded from an alarm unit 5. By this method the air filter 6 is inspected.
