摘要 PURPOSE:To correctly reproduce information written to a disk without lowering a detecting signal output by providing a deciding circuit which decides the output of a photo-electric converting element and an increase/decrease instructing circuit to instruct the increase/decrease of a central angle in the direction of reducing the size of error power. CONSTITUTION:An information reproducing signal detecting device is provided with a deciding circuit 106 to decide the outputs of photoelectric converting elements 103 and 104, an error power detecting circuit 107 to detect the power of a difference signal between the input signal and output signal of the deciding circuit 106 and an increase/decrease instructing circuit 109, etc., to obtain the output of this error power detecting circuit 107 as an input and to instruct the increase/decrease of the central angle to a reference angle generating circuit 108 in the direction of reducing the size of the error power. Concerning a system in which double refraction exists, an angle from the extinguishing position of an analyzer, which separates a receiving signal so that a significant signal component to be included in a regenerating signal can be maximum, is obtained as an angle to be set. Thus, even when turbulence is generat ed by the composite refraction in the reproducing signal, the information to be written in the disk can be correctly reproduced without lowering the detecting signal output.
