PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of the life of a high voltage generation part circuit due to heat by providing a timer means to turn power supply switching means OFF by an abnormality detection signal from a charge part and the high voltage generation part. CONSTITUTION:An abnormality detection means 4 for detection of a charge part 3 and a high voltage generation part 2 is provided. An abnormality detection signal from the abnormality detection means 4 is input to a timer means 5a of a control part 5, and a relay contact (power supply switching mean) 6 is turned OFF by time set at the timer means 5a. The action of the high voltage generation part 2 is stopped by the turning OFF of the timer means and thereby deterioration of the life of a high voltage generation part circuit is prevented. |
