摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a hose excellent in flexibility, kinking property in bending and characteristics to refrigerant gas by a method wherein axially extending spiral ridges and grooves are formed on the whole outer peripheral surface of an inside rubber layer. CONSTITUTION:The hose concerned consists of an inside rubber layer 10, an intermediate resin layer 11, an outside rubber layer 12, a fiber reinforced layer 13 and an outer tubular layer 14. Further, the inside rubber layer 10, the intermediate resin layer 11 and the outside rubber layer, 12 compose an inner tubular layer 1. On the whole outer peripheral surface of the inside rubber layer 10 of the inner tubular layer 1, axially extending spiral ridges and grooves are formed so as to form waves in the circumferential direction. The waveheight (the height of the corrugation) is set to be 0.2-1.5 times the pitch (a) of the waves. Further, the axial pitch (b) of the waves of the ridges and grooves is preferably set to be about 0.6-5times the waveheight. The intermediate resin layer 11 formed on the outer periphery of the inside rubber layer 10 is preferably made of polyamide resin or the like from the view point of impermeability to gases. Since axially extending spiral ridges and grooves are formed on the whole outer peripheral surface of the inside rubber layer 10, the hose is so flexible that no destruction of the resin layer and the outside rubber layer occurs even under bending stress and, in addition, has satisfactory characteristics to refrigerant gas.</p>
