New and improved carriage for waste disposal bags and the like is provided and comprises a readily collapsible, generally upstanding scissor-like frame, handle and support means disposed generally atop said frame, wheel means attached to said frame to provide for the maneuverability of the carriage, bag attachment means removably attached to said handle and support means and operative to removably attach a bag thereto, and bag support means attached to said handle and support means and to said frame means adjacent to and beneath said bag attachment means to support a bag from said frame means.
