The circuit regulates the capstan speed uniformly for preventing the speed variation causing inferiority of the wire. One terminal (A1) of a comparator (9) is connected to a driving wheel (6) through an induction motor and other terminal (B1) is connected to a pressure divider (8) for uniform core speed. Output terminal of the comparator (9) is connected to the out s/w (auto.) and comparator (11) to which ma. S/Ws are connected in parallel. Other terminal of the comparator (11) is connected to the out s/w and a capstan speed adjuster (10). Registors (R1, R2) are connected to the man. S/W (MAN1) in series for power (Voc) connecting and a resistor (R3) is connected to man. S/W (MAN2).
