The invention relates to a device making it possible to form a rigid package by the superimposition of prefabricated elements. The case is formed by a lower prefabricated element A comprising the bottom and a part of the peripheral height of the external sides. On this element there is added a so-called intermediate element B thus increasing the peripheral height of the sides of the case. The number of these intermediate elements is unlimited. On the last of the intermediate elements there is fitted an upper prefabricated element C comprising the top of the lid and a part of the peripheral height of the external sides of the case. Inside these elements are fitted cut-out parts which serve to dispose and wedge bottles in the case. These so-called spacer elements are cut out in such a way that they are complementary once rigidly fixed inside each element. <IMAGE>
