<p>Dental filling compsn. contains quartz for dimensional stability and abrasion resistance, an alpha-cyano-acrylate for sealing, and a basic catalyst which is pref. isodecylbenzene sulphonate, a mixt. of Nacl and NaCl, or Na silicate. The catalyst favours surface reactions between the quartz grains and the acrylate and produces a more homogeneous polymsn. in the mass of the compsn.</p> |
