<p>PURPOSE:To perform high-accuracy control by storing the energization luminescence value or energization thermal value of a printing head and controlling the energization luminescence value or energization thermal value of every block or the total number of block by the width of a unit pulse in accordance with the peripheral temperature of the printing head. CONSTITUTION:Image data 23 is entered into a line memory 109 or 110, and image data is read into an LED head 120 from the line memory 110 when data is written into the line memory 109. ROM 108 contains optical value correction data per element of an LED array 100 written in advance, and outputs optical value correction data at the same time that image data is read from the line memories 109, 110. The optical value correction data and image data are output to the LED array 100. A group of AND gates 102 controls a unit pulse width and sets a pulse width suited to an environmental temperature after the detection of a peripheral temperature of the LED head 120 right before recording by CPU 117 through a thermister. Thus a high-accuracy circuit which is corrected easily, can be realized.</p> |
