PURPOSE:To increase transparency and tearing strength by inflation molding a blend of given high-density polyethylene with a given quantity of branching low-density polyethylene under a given molding condition. CONSTITUTION:A composition constituted of 40-95pts.wt. of high-density polyethylene of 0.94g/cm<3> or more of density and 1g/10min or less of meltindex blended with 5-60pts.wt. of a branching low-density polyethylene of 0.93g/cm<3> or less of density and 3g/10min or less of meltindex is inflation molded under the condition of 4 or less of cooling speed index tau indicated by the formula I. In the formula, FLH represents frost line height (cm), V1 represents take-off speed (cm/sec) and V0 represents the molten material speed (cm/sec) at the die outlet. |
