PURPOSE:To securely obtain the specifying information of a user to use an automatic giving and receiving machine being correspondent to transaction information in giving and receiving by providing a detecting part which can not be confirmed from the users. CONSTITUTION:In the respective giving and receiving steps of the user in an automatic giving and receiving machine 1, the face of the user, for example, to specify the user is image picked up in a detecting part 3, which can not be noticed by the user, and the specifying information of the user are obtained. Then, the user specifying information are caused to correspond to peculiar information used for the giving and receiving in the automatic giving and receiving machine 1 and input information. Thus, the specifying information of the user to use the automatic giving and receiving machine 1 can be obtained without fail and the prescribed information of the giving and receiving in this user can be obtained without fail. |
