<p>PURPOSE:To fill a cooling liquid without leaving bubbles in a short time by installing a liquid-cooled projection picture tube and a cooling liquid tank connected to it in a vacuum defoaming device, decompressing this vacuum defoaming device, releasing this decompression, and filling the cooling liquid in the cooling liquid tank to the cooling liquid filling section of the liquid-cooled projection picture tube. CONSTITUTION:A cooling liquid tank 21 is connected to the cooling liquid filling section 11 of a liquid-cooled projection picture tube 20; the liquid-cooled projection picture tube 20, the cooling liquid tank 21 and a cooling liquid 22 filled in this cooling liquid tank 21 are installed in a vacuum defoaming device 23; this vacuum defoaming device 23 is decompressed, then the decompression of this vacuum defoaming device 23 is released; the cooling liquid 22 in the cooling liquid tank 21 is filled in the cooling liquid filling section 11 of the liquid-cooled projection picture tube 20. When the cooling liquid is filled, the air in the cooling liquid filling section of the liquid-cooled projection picture tube and the gas attracted on the cooling liquid filling section are discharged by the decompression, and the cooling liquid can be filled in a short time without leaving bubbles by the subsequent decompression release.</p> |
