PURPOSE: To place a silo carried by a truck or a similar load perpendicularly to the ground by providing a first jack between a rigid arm and a bracket, a second jack between an isolated frame and a chassis, and a third jack between the rigid arm and the isolated frame. CONSTITUTION: A connecting rod 12 is locked to a rigid arm 9, a first jack 19 is not extended preliminarily, and a second jack 23 and a third jack 21 are actuated, then elements 7, 9, 12 stay on mutual extension lines in the mode of a pseudo-chassis to let a hook draw an arc around a rear axis 14 to lift a silo 32 like a dump truck. That is, the pseudo-chassis 7, 9, 12 can be lifted to a vertical surface. When the silo 32 is horizontally placed on a truck 1 to be carried, therefore, the silo 32 can be lowered onto the ground surface by this device at a horizontal position as it is at an effective vertical position.
