Method for manufacturing an aluminum kitchen ware consists of (i) forming a ware body by deep-drawing the aluminium ware material in the conventional metal mould, and (ii) forming an upper rim of the ware body in the metal mould including the protruded round part of which the inner diameter is somewhat smaller than the outer diameter of the formed ware body. In the finished ware, the thickness of the upper rim is equal to that of the bottom face.
