PURPOSE:To prevent dislocation of the frame from a current collecting metal plate by making the frame in an outside dimension which is greater than the metal plate, and furnishing a recess whose bottom dimension is smaller than the outside dimension of the metal plate, at the periphery of the frame. CONSTITUTION:Recess 11 in a frame 5 is fixed by a box-shaped jig 12, and a metal plate 7 is placed and heated by the use of a hot plate 13 for fusion welding. Therein dislocation of the metal plate 7 can be prevented by the box- shaped jig 12. That is, the frame 5 is made greater than the metal plate 7 to prevent it from extruding sideways. At the same time, the recess 11 with smaller contour than the metal plate 7 is fitted on the frame 5 in order to prevent dislocation of time metal plate 7, and at the time of fusion welding, the metal plate is fixed by the jig 12 through utilization of the recess 11 for preventing dislocation. |
