PURPOSE:To enhance the operation speed of an armature by reducing the loss of the magnetic flux flowing to a gap as low as possible, by parallely arranging the attraction surface of a yoke and that on the side of the armature at the time of the opening return of the armature. CONSTITUTION:The attraction surface 4a of a yoke 4 in an initial position state and the attraction surface 2a of the armature 2 opposed thereto are arranged in parallel. Since the attraction surfaces 2a, 4a are parallel to each other, the magnetic flux flowing to a gap can be efficiently used and the operation speed of the armature 2 can be increased. When the armature 2 further advances in a printing position, the attraction surfaces 4a, 2a do not become parallel to become an opposed state at an angle larger than parallel and the sharpness of the magnetic flux between the attraction surfaces 2a, 4a becomes well as compared with a parallel case and the return operation of the armature 2 by a return spring 8 is smoothly performed and following response at a higher speed becomes possible. |
