<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the short of wiring due to dew condensation by checking the presence of absence of dew condensation, delaying power supply when dew condensation is present and automatically supplying power after the vanishing of dew condensation. CONSTITUTION:Whether dew condensation has occurred in a cooling system 3 when power is supplied to a coolant supply device 4 (or when a processing for supplying system power is started) is checked by a sensor 5. When dew condensation is present, the power supply of a device in which cooling or dew condensation has occurred is delayed, and the short of interwiring due to dew condensation is prevented. Thus, power supply is executed without interruption. Further, a control means 11 which has received a signal from a supervisory means 42 actually controls a system power controller 2 by the supervisory means 42.</p> |
