The invention relates to a labelling apparatus for vessel-treatment machines having a rectilinear vessel run-through, especially for all-round labels, with a stationary label box and with an associated rotatable pallet rotor, the pallets receiving glue from a glue-coating device during the rotation of the pallet rotor, being decelerated in the circumferential speed in the region located in front of the label box and being moved outwards from the periphery of the pallet rotor, and, by pressing into the label box, bonding a label to themselves by means of the glue, the said label then being taken off by a take-off device and transferred onto a container to be labelled. To provide a labelling apparatus at a low outlay in terms of construction and cost, the pallets capable of being coated with the glue over their entire length are equipped with a continuous interruption-free surface which corresponds to the label length of all-round labels and which, during the extraction of the labels from the label box, is brought into contact with the latter only by means of a part region assigned to the label front edge.
