PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily and quickly set mutual angular relation between a gear cutting device and a work in accordance with the inclination of a tooth face by setting the work at a suitable angle with the gear cutting device while adjusting the work supporting condition of an inclination adjusting- supporting part, and rotating the work with the rotation of a rotary shaft member. CONSTITUTION:A work W in a work-loading part 12 provided in a rotating member 13 of a work supporting part 15 is engaged with the work-loading part 12 and fixed in it by moving a movable rod member 17. And by adjusting the work-supporting condition of the work supporting part 15 by means of an inclination adjusting-supporting part 16, the work W is supported so that it may be inclined in accordance with gears, etc., obtained from the work. In this instance, with the movable rod member 17 penetrating through the rotating member 13, its first rod 28a is bent through an universal coupling 20 to a second rod 28b. The work can be machined by a gear cutting device 60 by setting the work W fixed to the work-loading part 12 at a suitable angle with the gear cutting device 60 and rotating the work with the rotation of a rotary shaft member 11. |
