PURPOSE:To enable the uniform formation of the sectional shape of islands existing in the inside by supplying a core component forming polymer, sheath component forming polymer and sea component forming polymer to respective spinning ports, subjecting the polymers to melt spinning at the limited size of the spinning draft value and melting and integrating the polymers at the bottom end faces of spinning mouthpieces, then taking up the fibers. CONSTITUTION:A spinning nozzle is formed by combining the spinning mouthpieces 21-23 for a core component shape, sheath component shape and sea component shape respectively provided with 10-10,000 pieces of the spinning ports in such a manner that true conjugate spinning consisting of the island and sea components of a fiber-sheath structure can be executed without using a fiber aggregating mouthpiece. The core component forming polymer, the sheath component forming polymer and the sea component forming polymer are supplied to the respective spinning ports 25-27 and are melt-spun under the conditions under which the spinning draft D specified by equation I attains 20-5,000. The spun polymers are melted and taken off at the bottom end faces of the spinning mouthpieces. The uniform formation of the sectional shape of the island is thereby enabled. |
