PURPOSE:To easily invert in the condition of the posture to take a seat by providing a freely rotatable pedal mechanism by rowing with feet in the lower direction of the taking-a-seat part of a revolving chair and converting the revolving force to the vertical revolving force of the revolving chair. CONSTITUTION:When a pedal 53 is rowed, the revolving force of a sprocket gear 51 is communicated through a transmission chain 54 to a sprocket pinion 55, a worm wheel 62 is revolved and driven, thus, a pinion gear 64 is revolved and rolled on an internal gear 20. Thus, a revolving chair 3 is revolved along the outer periphery of the internal gear 20, stops the rowing movement at an inverting position and is maintained in the inverting condition. By continuing to row the pedal 53, a bicycle type training can be executed. |
