<p>An eccentricity control device suitable for use as a slide stroke controldevice in a press has a rotary shaft (2) having an eccentric member mounting portion (1), an eccentric member (3) mounted on the eccentric member mounting portion (1), the eccentric member (3) having an outer peripheral surface (3b, 3b') which is at an eccentricity from the axis of the rotary shaft (2) and sliding surfaces (3c, 3d) which are held in sliding engagement with both side surfaces of the eccentric member (3) holding portion of the rotary shaft (2), and a screw rod (11) screwed into the eccentric member mounting portion (1) and extending through the eccentric member mounting portion (1) in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the rotary shaft (2). The screw rod (11) has both ends rotatably supported by the eccentric member (3) such that a rotation of the screw shaft (2) causes the eccentric member (3) to move in the axial direction of the screw rod (11) together with the screw rod, thereby causing a change in the amount of eccentricity of the outer peripheral surface of the eccentric member with respect to the axis of the rotary member.</p> |
