Tablets of buflomedil hydrochloride with release control

Tablets with release-control comprise a pharmaceutical compsn. of buflomedil hydrochloride obtd. by mixing the active substance and Eudragit RS and forming tablets and coating the tablets with Eudragit E 30D. The active substance can be mixed with Eudragit RS 30D. The coating layer consists of Eudragit RS 100, or Eudragit RS 30D. - Prepn. of a pharmaceutical compsn. of buflomedil hydrochloride with release-control, using methacrylic acid copolymer which comprises: (a) Mixing of buflomedil hydrochloride and methacrylic acid copolymer; (b) Formation of granules; and (c) coating with methacrylic acid copolymer. The compsn. can contain talc and magnesium stearate. Acetone or propylalcohol is used as solvent.
