PURPOSE:To uniformly and surely apply oil by constituting the title device so that when a heating roll and an oil applying roll are pressed against each other, a first and a second gears are engaged and the oil applying roll is brought to driven rotation, and also, oil is always supplied to the oil applying roll by an oil supplying means. CONSTITUTION:When an oil applying roll 8 pressed against a heating roll 1 starts a follower rotation, a brush part 8a is formed in advance to a little larger diameter than the outer diameter of the second gear 8c of the end part, first of all, the brush part is pressed against the peripheral surface of the heating roll 1 and forms a nip, and thereafter, the second gear 8c is engaged to the first gear 1a. In this state, oil is applied surely to the peripheral surface of the heating roll 1, and also, the second gear 8c brings surely the oil applying roll 8 to follower rotation. The oil applying roller 8 where oil is always supplied from a oil impregnated pad of an oil supplying means is pressed against the heating roll 1 and applies silicone oil to the peripheral surface of the heating roll 1, while executing the follower rotation. In such a way, oil can be applied uniformly and surely. |
