<p>PURPOSE:To automatically extend a block, by extending the block by one line portion when character information up to the right end of the final line is inputted, and converting the ruled line information indicating the end of a table contained in said line, to block prescribed information of nondisplay. CONSTITUTION:When a character input is advanced and a cursor reaches a display part of a lower left corner of a table, it is decided that it is the right end of the final line of a block, and a line which copies a block end prescribed mark of the line concerned is inserted between its line and the next line. However, this inserted line contains a code of the table and it indicates the end of the table, therefore, subsequently, the code of the lower left of the table and the lower right of the table is replaced with a code of a indent mark 61, and the cursor is shifted to the left end of this replaced line and is set to a key input waiting state. Thereafter, the block editing area is expanded by the indent mark 61.</p> |
