摘要 PURPOSE:To expand the output voltage range up to a full power voltage range by using one output in two balanced outputs to drive one driving transistor(TR) of an inverse amplifier being at the final stage and using the other output to drive the other TR of the inverse amplifier at a current mirror. CONSTITUTION:Since a maximum value of a voltage at a node 6 rises up to a 1st power supply voltage, P-channel MOS TRs MP8, MP9 are turned off in this case and the voltage at the output 8 is decreased to a voltage equal to the voltage of a 2nd power supply. On the other hand, in such a case, since no current flows to a TR MN6, the N-channel MOS TR MN7 is turned off and the voltage at the output 7 rises up to a voltage equal to the voltage of the 1st voltage source. Conversely, since the voltage at the node 5 reaches the voltage of the 1st power supply, the MP7, 9 are turned off in this case and no current flows to the MN 5, then no current flows to the MN8 either. Thus, the voltage at the output 8 rises up to the voltage of the 1st voltage source and the voltage at the output 7 decreases to the voltage equal to the voltage of the 2nd power supply.
