PURPOSE:To attain high speed transmission by autonomously sending data to any of transmission pathes according to the idle congestion condition of the transmission path in a preceding step for the data of a word number, namely, for the unit of packets to be set in advance according to an identifier for transmission path designation to be included in the data. CONSTITUTION:Data transmission pathes 10 and 20 execute transferring control with one word, which is composed of an (n)-bit as a transferring unit. A comparing and deciding logic part 30 is composed of a means to output an output side data transmission path designating signal MATCH based on the identifier to designate the output side data transmission path, which is one part of the data, and a branch destination designating bit BRANCH to designate any one of the plural parallel output side data transmission pathes. A branch control part 40 transmits the data of the word number, namely, for the unit of the packets to be set in advance to any one of the plural parallel output side data transmission pathes according to a result in the comparing and deciding logic part 30. Thus, the high speed transmission can be executed.
