The innovation/invention contains a length-adjustable boom for sailboards, whose essential component consists of a main tube, which is bent in the shape of a U and onto which a PU headpiece is cast, and of a push-in tube bent in the shape of a U. The length adjustment is performed with the aid of oblong or round holes provided in the main tube at the ends and the spring bolts located in the push-in tube, which snap out by means of light thumb pressure and the boom can easily be adjusted in length.
