PURPOSE:To apply the circuit operating a differential circuit at a low power voltage easily by omitting a circuit distributing the power voltage to a 1st differential amplifier. CONSTITUTION:A 5th transistor(TR) Q15 causes a current corresponding to the sum of base currents of 1st and 2nd TRs Q11, Q12 being the component of a 1st differential circuit and its current is distributed to each base current component of the 1st and 2nd TRs Q11, Q12 by a 2nd differential circuit comprising the 3rd and 4th TRs Q13, Q14. The current is fed to each base of the 1st and 2nd TRs Q11, Q12 via 1st and 2nd current mirror circuits 18, 19. Thus, no excess circuit having been required for a conventional circuit to distribute the power voltage is omitted and the circuit is applied easily to the circuit operating the differential circuit at a low power voltage. |
