PURPOSE:To reduce the number of defect parts in the succeeding process and reduce waiting time by installing a means which preferentially instructs the production for the foreprocess when the actual stock quantity is less than the demanded stock quantity for the succeeding process on the basis of the information supplied from a stock quantity grasping means and instructs the transport of parts. CONSTITUTION:A stock quantity grasping means 16 reads the volume of inventories in each kind of parts in each delivery of the part in a part storing means 14. In a production instructing means 26, the actual stock quantity and an ordered point are compared on the basis of the information supplied from the stock quantity grasping means 16, and when the stock quantity reaches the ordered point, the production condition data is edited, and the kind of part to be produced and lot size are instructed for a lot process 10. Though, in the lot process 10, working is carried out according to the production instruction, the production instruction for the part whose stock quantity is zero is performed in preference by a preferential part instructing means 28. If a delivery reservation for the succeeding processes is received at this time, the produced parts are sent to the succeeding processes by a part transport instructing means 30. |
