PURPOSE:To prevent degradation in viscosity even after long-term preservation by incorporating a specific developer and compds. into an alkaline developing soln. compsn. for development. CONSTITUTION:The developer expressed by the formula I and the compds. expressed by the formulas I-VI are incorporated into the alkaline developing soln. compsn. for development. In the formulas, R1 denotes an alkyl group or alkoxy alkyl group; R2 denotes hydrogen, alkyl group, etc.; one of R3, R4 denotes a hydroxyalkyl group of 2-4C and the other denotes alkylene carboxylic acid of 2-4C or the alkali salt thereof; R5 denotes a propylene group, etc.; R6, R7 denote hydrogen or methyl group, etc.; R8, R9 are different from each other and denote hydrogen, methoxy group, ethoxy group, etc.; R10 denotes a hydroxypropylene group; R11 denotes hydrogen, methyl group or ethyl group, etc.; R12 is expressed by the formula VII; in the formula VII, R13 denotes a methylene group, ethylene group. The degradation in viscosity generated at the time of preserving the processing compsn. for a long period of time is thereby suppressed. |
