PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a ceramics base plate with I/O pin of a large adhesive strength by forming a coverage which consists of a component same as the base plate to the periphery of a metalized member. CONSTITUTION:A part 5 of the periphery of a metalized member 2 is covered and reinforced with the material of a component same as a ceramics base material 1 mainly of alumina or the like. By the coverage 5, an external stress does not concentrate to the interface of the metalized member 2 and the ceramics base material 1 even when the external stress is imposed to an I/O pin 4, and since the end surface of the metalized member 2 is reinforced by the coverage 5, a removal of the unit is not generated easily. In such a composition, a ceramics base plate with an I/O pin which is rarely removed even when the external stress is imposed can be obtained. |
