PURPOSE:To prevent the permanent contact of a peeling click and a sensitive material by separating the peeling click from a sensitive material surface except the time of peeling. CONSTITUTION:When a paper 23 is carried in a paper carrying path 19 and detected by a paper detecting sensor 20, a holding member 12 is moved in a left direction, the position of a magnet 12 is moved to the position where a magnetic force is not exerted to a peeling click 11, the peeling click 11 is turned in a counterclockwise direction in making a shaft 11a into a center, and a tip is made in contact with the surface of a sensitive material 10. When the paper, on which the transfer of a toner image is completed, is peeled from the sensitive material 10 by the peeling click 11 and the paper is detected by a paper detecting sensor 22, the holding member 13 is moved in a right direction by the energization of a spring 14, the peeling click 11 is turned in a clockwise direction in making the shaft 11a into the center, and the tip is separated from the sensitive material 10. Thus, by adjusting the arranged positions of the paper detecting sensors 20 and 22, the contact condition of the sensitive material 10 and peeling click 11 can be made into a short period. |
