The holding device has a cross-sectionally U-shaped profile rail (17) to be fastened to the building wall. Fastened thereto with connection elements (20) is at least one frame (19) which can be supported on the building wall with supports (13) and on the floor with support uprights (16). Fastened to the frame (19) are pipe clamps (10, 11) for the inflow and outflow lines as well as support bolts (36) for the fastening of a sanitary apparatus.
