PURPOSE:To prevent an image element from being shared between adjacent clipping rectangles and the image element from being double-plotted by performing the round-down correction of the clipping rectangle. CONSTITUTION:Information handled in a modeling processing system 200, a multi-view processing system 210, and a multi-window processing system 220 are stored in a graphic element storage area 201, a multi-view information storage area 211, and a multi-window information storage area 221, respectively. A plotting processing system 230 performs a clipping processing by the clipping rectangle at the time of plotting a graphic. In the clipping processing, when the physical coordinate of the boundary of a converted clipping rectangle is not located between the image elements, each boundary line is corrected so as to be located at a position between a just left and a lower side image elements, and also, for the clipping rectangle for partial clear or partial plotting, the boundary line is corrected so as to be located between the nearest image elements in a direction to extend the clipping rectangle. |
