PURPOSE:To improve the stability of the title material at the time of producing an emulsion, the shelf-life of the sensitive material and the stability of a colored image by incorporating a specified silver halide particle and a specified phenol derivative in the sensitive material. CONSTITUTION:The silver halide particle which has >=90mol.% of average silver chloride content and a crystal face of 100 and localized phases having different silver bromide contents in the inner part and/or on the surface of the particle respectively is incorporated in the emulsion layer of the color photosensitive material. And, the phenol derivative shown by the formula is incorporated in the emulsion layer and/or an intermediate layer. In the formula, R is H atom or alkyl group, etc., R1-R5 are each H or halogen atom, etc. And the emulsion layer contains preferably the silver halide particle which is composed of a hexahedron or a fourteen hedron particle having the crystal face of 100, and has a discontinuous and lone localized phase contg. >=15mol.% silver bromide content on the surface of the emulsion. |
