PURPOSE:To prevent temperature rise of the title device, and also, to raise the combustion efficiency by providing a radiation fin for emitting heat generated by an oxidation reaction on the upper part of a cover of a tank. CONSTITUTION:When a surplus developer 75 is supplied to a combustion tank 98 from a conduit line 96, catalyst ignition use heaters 110, 100 are energized and a liquid 75 in the tank is heated and vaporized forcibly, and supplied to a catalyst 108. The liquid 75 is ignited and an oxidation is started. Thereafter, the heater is stopped and the action is maintained by heating generated by an oxidation action of the catalyst 108. When this action is continued, a temperature in the tank 98, a cover 116 and an exhaust chamber 118 rises, but it does not go to a high temperature since heat radiation is executed by a radiation fin 120. The fin 120 is provided on the upper face of the cover 116, therefore, the convection in the exhaust chamber 118 is executed enough and air can be taken in easily from an air intake, and oxygen supply to the catalyst 108 increases, therefore, the combustion efficiency is raised. |
