<p>The apparatus comprises, in a strong and leakproof case (304), two drills (16) fed via a power stage of the electronic control device capable of delivering at least 70W, a saliva suctioning probe (42) and a rinsing syringe (40). The hydraulic and pneumatic pressures are supplied via a compressor with two or three heads, of which one is provided solely for the suctioning of saliva. The drills and the syringe can deliver an air/water spray which is formed and stopped in such a way that the water is only injected into the flow of air when the latter is stabilised, and the water stops before the air. All the components except the tools are housed in a strong and leakproof box (1) made of metal. <IMAGE></p> |
