The composition contains as a dielectric active substance Bi2[A2-xa+Nbx], whereby the condition a (2-x)+5x=8 is applied and A are one of a plurality of metal ions from the group Mg2+,Ni2+,Zn2+,Co2+,Ca2+,Sn2+,Mn2+,Co3+Mn3+,Al3+ and Cr3+. |
