<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a steel plate from decreasing in vibration proof performance due to exfoliation and decreasing in rigidity as a product by heating the product immediately after finally forming in a forming step. CONSTITUTION:A vibration proof composite steel plate coil 1 is formed as a required product through a retainer 2, a leveler 3 and a feeder 4, bent and returned by a roll forming machine 5, then heated by an induction heater 6, cut off at 7 to a predetermined size, and conveyed by a run-out table 8. The heating temperature of the product is preferably within + or -100 deg.C of the melting point of adhesive resin. The type of the resin is, for example, ester series adhesive, polyurethane series adhesive, acryl series adhesive, etc., and when it is heated to a suitable temperature within 100 deg.C above the melting points of them, the resin is fusion-adhered, and the adhesiveness is again recovered. Accordingly, the vibration proof performance is not lost, but an excellent product is obtained.</p> |
