The circuit comprises an accumulator (A) charged through a rectifier (D1) from the network (P, N). Resistors (R3, R5) are traversed by a current delivered by the accumulator (A) as a result of the impedance of the network, and render the transistor (T1) conducting by virtue of the gate (NAND 2), even when the network voltage is absent. If the circuit is disconnected from the network, the transistor (T1) becomes non-conducting, thus automatically avoiding an undesired discharging of the accumulator (A). <IMAGE>
